At Carry Om, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
